POWERHIVE Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the POWERHIVE Affiliate Program!

POWERHIVE invites content creators, publishers, influencers, industry professionals, and other qualified partners to promote our products and earn commissions on qualifying sales referred to our website.

By registering for or participating in the POWERHIVE Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining the program.

1. Affiliate Registration and Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by POWERHIVE.

POWERHIVE reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Registration does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

We may also suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation if the affiliate violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate promotional activities.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes

Upon approval, affiliates will receive access to their affiliate dashboard, where they can obtain their unique referral links and, where available, generate links to specific products or collections.

  • Affiliates must use their assigned referral links or authorized coupon codes to ensure proper tracking.

  • If a customer clicks multiple affiliate referral links, the last eligible affiliate referral link will receive credit for the purchase, subject to the program's tracking rules.

  • Coupon codes may be assigned to affiliates at POWERHIVE's discretion. Affiliates may only promote coupon codes authorized for their use.

  • Referral links and coupon codes will not generate duplicate commissions for the same order.

  • Affiliates may promote POWERHIVE products through permitted online and offline channels, including websites, blogs, email newsletters, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, provided their promotional activities comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims, engage in spam, impersonate POWERHIVE, or use unauthorized advertising methods.

3. Commission Rate and Payment

Commission Rate: 10%

Approved affiliates can earn a 10% commission on qualifying referred orders placed through the POWERHIVE website.

Commission is calculated on the eligible order value, excluding taxes, shipping charges, and other additional fees.

To qualify for commission:

  • The order must be successfully completed and paid for.

  • The referral must be properly tracked through an eligible affiliate link or authorized coupon code.

  • The order must not be cancelled, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent.

  • The transaction must comply with these Terms & Conditions and the program's applicable tracking rules.

POWERHIVE reserves the right to review referred transactions to verify their validity and eligibility. Commissions associated with cancelled, refunded, charged-back, or fraudulent transactions will not be paid and may be reversed where applicable.

Payment Details and Schedule

Affiliates must provide accurate payment information through their affiliate dashboard.

Commission payment schedules, payment methods, and any applicable minimum payout requirements will be communicated through the affiliate dashboard or official affiliate program guidance.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and for complying with any applicable tax obligations.

4. Marketing Materials and Promotional Guidelines

POWERHIVE may provide marketing materials, including product images, banners, logos, promotional content, and product links, through the affiliate dashboard.

Affiliates may use authorized materials solely to promote POWERHIVE products in accordance with the program guidelines.

Affiliates must not:

  • Alter or misuse POWERHIVE branding in a misleading manner.

  • Make unauthorized product, pricing, warranty, or performance claims.

  • Offer unauthorized discounts or represent themselves as official POWERHIVE employees or representatives.

  • Engage in deceptive advertising, spam, or unlawful marketing activities.

  • Purchase products through their own affiliate links for the purpose of earning commissions, or otherwise manipulate referral tracking.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required by applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

5. Affiliate Network

If the affiliate network feature is enabled, affiliates may invite other publishers to join the POWERHIVE Affiliate Program using their designated network referral links.

Any network or sub-affiliate commissions will apply only if the feature is enabled and the relevant commission structure is specified in the affiliate dashboard.

Participation in the network feature does not guarantee additional earnings.

6. Cookie Tracking and Attribution

POWERHIVE uses affiliate tracking technology, including cookies where applicable, to attribute eligible purchases to affiliates.

The cookie duration and applicable tracking rules will be displayed during registration or in the affiliate dashboard.

Tracking begins when a customer clicks an eligible affiliate referral link or uses an authorized affiliate coupon code, subject to the tracking system's configuration.

Affiliate tracking may be affected by browser settings, cookie restrictions, privacy settings, cleared cookies, ad blockers, or other technical limitations. POWERHIVE cannot guarantee that every referral or purchase will be successfully tracked.

Commissions will be awarded based on the referral data recorded by the affiliate tracking system and the program's applicable attribution rules.

7. Suspension and Termination

Affiliates may request removal from the program at any time by contacting POWERHIVE at support@powerhivepro.com.

POWERHIVE reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, misleading promotions, abuse of affiliate links or coupon codes, or other conduct that may harm POWERHIVE, its customers, or the integrity of the program.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions associated with invalid, cancelled, refunded, charged-back, or otherwise ineligible transactions will not be payable. Eligible outstanding commissions will be handled in accordance with the program's payment rules and applicable law.

8. Program Modifications

POWERHIVE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, tracking rules, payment schedules, and promotional guidelines.

Where required by applicable law, notice of material changes will be provided. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Earnings

Affiliate participation does not guarantee any particular level of traffic, sales, commissions, or income.

Affiliate earnings depend on factors such as promotional efforts, audience engagement, customer demand, order eligibility, and successful referral tracking.

POWERHIVE does not guarantee specific sales volumes or earnings.
